Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

We offer worldwide shipping through DHL Express.

Allow 1 to 2 business days for the order to be processed and shipped.

Customers will receive all necessary tracking information via email.

Under normal circumstances orders will be delivered between 1 to 3 business days from the day the product has been shipped.

BLAKKRIPT isn’t responsible for products lost or damaged during transit. Such risks are assumed by the courier.

If Import Duties apply, customers are responsible for such fees.

SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free shipping on all orders over €300. 

All shipping costs will be calculated at product checkout.

LOST PACKAGES

BLAKKRIPT isn’t responsible for products lost or damaged during transit. Such risks are assumed by the courier.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Custom and import duties are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes levied by your destination country.

RETURNS POLICY

Customers have up to 14 days to return an item for a refund, store credit or an alternative product (exchange).

In the case of our leather garments, these are made to order and therefore may not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstance. They can only be returned for alterations.

We offer the below alteration options:

  • Shortening of sleeves
  • Narrowing of the Jacket to make it more fitted

For returns to be valid, the item must be returned in their original brand new condition – unused, unwashed and with all the tags still attached. Returns must also be returned in their original packaging.

If the items are not in their original condition, a refund will not be issued and the products will be returned to you. 

Free returns are offered on all local orders in Malta.

For International clients, unfortunately we can’t offer free returns. We strongly suggest using a reliable shipping agent and sending the parcel tracked.

In case of faulty or damaged products the item can be exchanged or alternatively a full refund can be issued. We will also issue a full refund on the return shipping costs.

RETURNS PROCESS

To initiate a return kindly send an email to info@jeremyv6.sg-host.com. Include the below returns form in the email. Whereby you should specify the order number, the items you wish to return, the reason for returning as well as the return type – refund, store credit or an exchange.

One of our BLAKKRIPT customer representatives will then get back to you with further instructions.

REFUNDS

Only the amount paid for the product will be refunded to your original payment method. We are unable to refund the original shipping cost. For customers outside the EU custom duties and sales taxes are also non-refundable.

As detailed above for International clients, unless the product is faulty, unfortunately we can’t offer free returns. 

Allow 10 to 14 days for the refund to be processed.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges will be shipped to customers free of charge. Allow 10 to 14 days for the replacement item/s to be shipped.

STORE CREDIT

Store credit is issued in the form of digital code that can be applied to orders placed.

SEASONAL SALE

Seasonal sale items can be returned for store credit or exchanged. We do not issue refunds on sale items.

We do not offer free returns on sale items.

FINAL SALE

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
